His journey has included key technical and management roles at VTL Insurance Brokers, Atlantic Insurance Company, Nicon Insurance Plc, and AIICO General Insurance. This unique blend of experience in both brokerage and underwriting gives him an unparalleled perspective on the industry. An exceptional insurance professional, Khadijah graduated with a Second Class Upper Division in Insurance from the University of Lagos. Her foundational experience was forged in the high-stakes environment of the National Petroleum Investment & Management Services (NAPIMS), an NNPC subsidiary, where she handled complex claims and risk management for oil and gas assets. As a pioneer member of the KOB team and an Associate of the CIIN, Khadijah leads the technical department with diligence, ensuring all client policies are robustly structured and expertly managed.
Ojelade, Olafisoye Benson - B.SC Accounting, ACA
Controller, Claims / Risk Management
Mr. Ojelade brings critical financial acumen to the team as a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the University of Benin. His extensive background in audit and as a Group Finance Manager provides him with a meticulous and analytical approach to risk management and claims administration. Since joining KOB in 2013, he has been instrumental in streamlining the claims process, ensuring that clients’ financial interests are protected with the highest degree of professional rigor.
Sadiat is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the insurance brokerage sector. A graduate of the University of Abuja, her expertise lies in managing complex Engineering and Special Risk placements. Since joining KOB in 2019, she has been a cornerstone of the General Underwriting and Client Services unit, known for her technical proficiency and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
